Avocado filled with mackerel salad

Ingridients

4 : Avocadoes
2 : Boiled eggs
50 gm. : Preserved maize
100 gm. : Mayonnaise
2 : mackerel fillets
Dill
Lettuce
Lemon

Method

Serves portions – 4
Cooking time – 35 min.
  1. Choose the ripe avocadoes, slit the avocadoes, and take the pulp out of the fruit.
  2. Then mix together the avocado pulp, boiled chopped eggs, chopped mackerel, finely chopped dill and lemon juice.
  3. Then add maize and mayonnaise.
  4. Then fill the halves of avocado with this mixed mass, lay the halves on the lettuce and decorate them with greens.
