Eggs filled with mackerel cream

Cooking time – 15 min.
- Shell the boiled eggs, cut them into halves, take the yolks out, add the mackerel flesh, butter, tomato paste, lemon juice and whip the ingredients with blender.
- Then fill the halves of the eggs with the whipped mass.
- Decorate the dish with lemon slices and olives.
