Eggs filled with mackerel cream

Ingridients

4 : Eggs
2 : Fillets of cold-smoked mackerel
100 gm. : Butter
1 : Tea spoon of tomato paste
1 : Lemon

Method

Serves portions – 4
Cooking time – 15 min.
  1. Shell the boiled eggs, cut them into halves, take the yolks out, add the mackerel flesh, butter, tomato paste, lemon juice and whip the ingredients with blender.
  2. Then fill the halves of the eggs with the whipped mass.
  3. Decorate the dish with lemon slices and olives.
