Herrings paste

Ingridients

4 : Fillets of herrings
1 : Onion
1 : Apple
2 : Boiled eggs
100 gm. : Butter
Greens

Method

Serves portions – 4
Cooking time – 15 min.
  1. Whip all the ingredients with blender, lay out the mass in the herring dish (or the forms made from the scalded dough), decorate it with greens and grated yolk.
