Lavash with vegetables and hummus

25 gram : hummus
40 gram : rice
1 : carrot
1 : cucumber
1 : red paprika
1 : lemon
2 table spoons : soy sauce
2 table spoons : olive oil

Advice! To keep your health, it is better to use only the sea salt for cooking 

Method

Fry the rice.

  1. Chop finely a carrot, a cucumber and paprika.
  2. Then add vegetables, spices, soy sauce and hummus to fried rice.
  3. Previously mix 2-3 table spoons of lemon juice and olive oil with hummus.
  4. Vegetables, rice and hummus fry together while they are cooked.
  5. The ready mixture spread out on lavash, then roll it and fry on all sides until lightly brown on top.
