Mixed salad with slightly salted salmon

Ingridients

Lettuce : 0,2 kilo
Tomatoes : 0,2 kilo
Cucumbers : 0,2 kilo
Paprica : 0,2 kilo
Salmon : 0,25 kilo
For dressing:
Olive oil : 4 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar : 1 tablespoon
Lemon
Olives
Sugar
Salt

Method

Serves portions – 4
Cooking time – 10 min.

Put the lettuce on the plate and lay out the julienne vegetables, then pour some dressing. Lay the pieces of salmon above vegetables, and decorate with lemon and olives.
