Plaice fillet with hummus

Ingridients

45 gram : hummus
300 gram : plaice (fresh or frozen)
80 gram : rice
1 : tomato
1 : lemon
30 millilitre : cream
10 gram : spinach (it may be frozen)
5 gram : sesame seeds
2 table spoons : olive oil
leaves of green lettuce

Method

20 minutes; serves 2

  1. Marinade the plaice in lemon juice and spices.
  2. Then fry the fish and two rings of tomato on all sides.
  3. Warm the cream, add spinach and previously boiled rice to cream.
  4. Stir while there is no liquid.

For sauce:

  1. add 2-3 table spoons of lemon juice and olive oil to hummus.
  2. Lay out plaice on rice, put fried tomatoes to the side of fish, and add sauce to the dish.
