Salad of smoked mackerel with rice

Ingridients

4 fillets : Mackerel
200 gm. : Rice
100 ml. : Beets juice
200 gm. : Sour cream
1 table spoon : horseradish
Lemon juice
Salt
Sugar
Greens

Method

Server portions – 4
Cooking time – 10 min. (time of rice boiling is not considered)
  1. Lay out the layers of boiled rice and sliced mackerel fillets on the dish.
  2. Make sauce by mixing beets juice, sour cream, horseradish, salt, sugar, and lemon juice; then whip the mass with blender.
  3. Every layer of salad is poured with sauce.
  4. Then the ready dish is decorated with greens and lemon.
