Vegetable salad with hummus

Ingridients

90 gram : humuss
2 : tomatoes
1 : cucumber
1 : red paprika
1 : carrot
1 : grapefruit
1 : lemon
4-5 : black olives
1-2 table spoons : olive oil

7 minutes; serves 2

Suitable for vegetarians

Advice! Before adding the grapefruit to the salad it is better to release it from the membrane films.

  1. Cut the vegetables and a grapefruit.
  2. Add them to the leaves of green lettuce.
  3. Mix 2-3 table spoons of lemon juice and olive oil with hummus.
  4. Dress the salad with hummus.  
  5. Roll the vegetables and hummus in lavash.
  6. Fasten the ends of lavash with toothpicks.
