  • Products Quality

    Quality is a key factor to us. We do understand what excellent quality and excellent taste are. Thus, we use only selected superior quality fish from the world leading fish farms.

     In order to save all nutrition mineral value of the fish and its original taste we never use thermal processing for any of our preserves. We do not use any intensifiers.

  • Herring

    Recognizing us a respected and very reliable partner, our farmer partners supply us with their best sorted and filleted First class herring which is vacuumed and shock frozen. This is a very labor-consuming process which assures that fish remains fresh for at least twelve months.

  • Salmon & Trout

    We use only Superior class red fish which consumes only ecological and healthy feed while being grown in the open nurseries right out in the sea. Due to this fact our products have unmatched color and flavor.

  • Product Control

    The benefit of our own laboratory on-site is not only in adherence to EU Food and Export Regulations, but in considerably shorter time of processing samples. Thus we are real experts in creating new products or modifying the existing ones in response to the demand of the market.

  • Production Process

    As for sanitary and hygienic food production requirements, there is such sterility as in surgery: every worker washes his/her hands with special spirituous solution before putting on disposable gloves. There are also special sensors that control both cleanness of the room and purity of the air. If there is a slightest cut, wound or any other defect, the person is not allowed to start working. Besides, each worker and manufacture visitor wear special working clothes, shoes, masks and caps
